Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peptidesale.co.uk with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an incorrect compound or size, contact us immediately. We will dispatch the correct item same-day and arrange collection of the incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns of opened or reconstituted peptides unless there is a verified quality issue. Compounds that have been stored incorrectly by the customer are also excluded from returns.
Change of Mind: Unopened compounds in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply.
