What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Bitcoin and Bank Transfer. After placing your order, our team will email you the specific payment details — Bitcoin wallet address or bank account details — within 1 hour during business hours.
How long until I receive payment details?+
Our team will email you payment details within 1 hour of your order being placed during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Weekend orders receive details on Monday morning.

Yes, all products listed on our website are held in UK stock at our Leeds facility and are available for immediate dispatch.

How are compounds packaged?+
All compounds are dispatched in cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity during transit. Outer packaging is plain and professional with no external product branding.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently UK Peptides supplies to UK addresses only. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom at this time.
Will I get tracking information?+
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your courier tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
